Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We primarily ship our packages via USPS Priority Mail. And also ship via UPS Ground. For some areas, we can also offer USPS Express at an additional rate based on zip code.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
When your package is shipped, a tracking number and estimated delivery date is automatically generated. You will be able to track your package each day by entering your tracking number. .
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We only ship within the United States at this time. If you're located outside of the United States, you can always check back at a later date to see if we offer shipping to your country.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Elo, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. Additionally, accepting Discover automatically allows acceptance of UnionPay.
IS SHIPPING PLANTS SAFE?
Shipping plants is safe. However, please be aware that shipping can cause a plant to be stressed. They're not used to being in a dark box. In our experience, when you give them time to acclimate to their new environment, they tend to thrive.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, simply search for the plants you'd like to purchase and add them to your online shipping cart.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, the customers accounts are selective and you can place the order without creating one.
WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
Our returns policy is pretty straightforward. If there is an issue with a plant that your received, we must be contacted within 2 hours of delivery with pictures and video of the plant and packaging. We are more than willing to work with you to come to a resolution.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
All purchases, once shipped, are final. Once your order is placed, if for any reason you may need to cancel, please contact us immediately and we will do the best we can to help cancel your order. We will notify you of shipment via email the day your purchase is shipped
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
There is a parcel tracker integrated in our website under the resources tab in the header. Please use it to track your order with the allocated tracking number after you package has been shipped.
